Before ordering please carefully read the applicable rules
1.
Order shall be considered adopted, if you receive a confirmation (by
phone or e-mail).
2. The order should have the following information:
* Exact date, address and time;
* Destination;
* Number of passengers;
* The availability of large-size luggage;
* Name and telephone number of passengers;
* If you book a car not for yourself but for other passengers, in
order, please leave contact phone number both yours and passenger.
3. Payment for reservation is not charged. Orders are accepted for at
least 2 (two) hours prior to the car delivery*.
* Order made in less than 2 hours is considered to be extra order and
paid in accordance with the prices.
4. If you are going to the airport and would like to order the transfer
back, you should leave a prepayment of 50% of the cost of transfer. The
driver gives the passenger a receipt for the completed transfer and
ticket for an advance transfer.
PAYMENT SERVICES
1. For individuals:
payment for services rendered is made in cash on arrival at destination.
2. For corporate clients:
payment options specified at the time of signing the contract for
services.
ADDITIONAL PAYMENT
1. The customer should not pay for an order if it is canceled prior to
departure of the machine (at least 1 hour prior to the transfer). In
this case, customer data will not be included in the blacklist.
Customers failed to pay the order, filed into the blacklist and in the
future are not served by the company.
2. If on the way car needs to pick another passenger on an alternate
address, the cost of transfer increases by 20 hryvnias.
3. To avoid or reduce downtime, we track the time of landing aircraft
and serve cars in 30 minutes.
We do not charge for the first 30 minutes after the car arrive to the
Borispol airport. Every other 30 minutes (complete or incomplete) are
paid at a rate of 20 hryvnias.
4. Paid parking in addition to the fare paid by the passenger
(customer).
Force majeure
(traffic jams, weather conditions, vehicle breakdown, etc.)
When a car arriving delays operator calls to a customer, and warns of
the delay. If the vehicle breakdown during the execution of the
transfer, the client is invited to wait for back-up car (for a period of
60 minutes). In both cases, the client makes a decision - to wait for a
car or get to the destination other way.
